Olen personalitöö valdkonnasl enam kui 20-aastase kogemusega, tegutsedes nii strateegilise partneri kui ka inimeste arengu toetajana rahvusvahelises ettevõtluskeskkonnas. Minu töö keskmes on olnud organisatsioonide ja inimeste potentsiaali avamine, juhtide toetamine ning jätkusuutliku töökultuuri kujundamine. Olen töötanud rahvusvahelises ettevõttes, kus omandasin laiapõhjalise kogemuse personalijuhtimise erinevates valdkondades — värbamisest ja talentide arendamisest kuni juhtide nõustamise ja organisatsiooniliste muutuste toetamiseni. 2024. aastal omandasin mentori sertifikaadi, mis süvendas minu oskusi teadliku kuulamise, arendavate küsimuste esitamise ning eesmärgistatud arenguprotsesside juhtimisel. Mentorluses lähtun usalduslikust partnerlusest, kus mentor ei anna valmis vastuseid, vaid aitab inimesel leida enda jaoks sobivad lahendused ja selguse järgmistes sammudes.

My superpower is creating interpersonal connections. I help build teams where taking responsibility and having a common goal are not just words on paper, but part of everyday collaborative culture. My work focuses on how people function and collaborate in teams. How to develop one's work role, support and change different interpersonal dynamics so that all participants can apply their potential and the team's true capability emerges. When working with teams, I always start from the current state and needs of the specific team. The goal is to guide the process so that the big picture is understood, important topics for the team are raised, discussed, and next steps are agreed upon. I am a TIIMWERK team development trainer, sales trainer at Enefit, Belbin team roles consultant, conflict mediator in organizations, host of Tagametsa Loovusmaja, supervisor and coach. My training is from Moreno Keskus, where I studied to become a psychodrama director, and I am a certified Belbin team roles consultant

Marten Merdikes serves as Factory Manager and CEO of Auroom Wellness in Tartu. Auroom is an Estonian company that manufactures and sells prefabricated saunas both domestically and internationally. He is a graduate of the Fontes mentor program and brings extensive experience in manufacturing management and business development. Marten has successfully implemented LEAN production principles within the company and led the achievement of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certifications. I am a strategic thinker and systems creator who helps individuals and organizations move from chaos toward clarity, structure, and results. My strength lies in the ability to see the big picture and to connect technology, finance, and management into a cohesive whole that truly works. I have over 25 years of experience in various roles – from technology and media to management, business development, and strategic consulting. Today, I primarily act as a mentor and partner to people who have reached a point where the next step no longer requires more information, but rather clarity, decision, and direction. I am driven by growth – both on the level of individuals and systems. I believe that most limitations do not come from the outside, but from our own mindset, habits, and beliefs. My role is to help make these patterns visible, break them down, and replace them with effective, conscious choices. My approach is a combination of rational strategy and deeper human understanding. I work where logic and inner development meet – where decisions are not only right in Excel, but also aligned with a person’s true potential and direction. As a mentor, I am straightforward, present, and results-oriented. I do not offer sugar-coated answers, but clarity. At the same time, I create a space where a person can think, see, and grow safely. For me, the greatest value is the moment when a “click” happens within a person – when confusion is replaced by understanding and uncertainty turns into conscious forward movement.
