I have extensive experience in family medicine and neuroscience, integrating functional medicine, cellular health, and both personal and holistic aspects into the assessment and resolution of individual health issues. My superpower is collaborative thinking in finding solutions. I am a career changer in my work life, having moved from data and numbers through studies to working with people. This work is my calling, which I love, for which I work myself, which inspires me. I built a strong foundation for working with people through studies at the Professional Psychology Private School and the International Supervision and Coaching Institute. In addition to long-term practical experience and training, my professional journey is supported by a master's degree in andragogy from Tallinn University and from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tartu. In counseling, I primarily use knowledge and skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, systemic and solution-focused approaches. I consider the most important things to be human wholeness, a trusting relationship and honest dialogue. From 2005–2021, I worked at the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund as a career counselor and head of the career center. This time gave me deep experience in supporting people in processes of change and decision-making. I help turn dreams into goals and goals into actions, increase awareness of one's assumptions, abilities and development areas, find the best opportunities for self-realization. I am useful when you need tailored solutions for yourself or your team in case of stressful work and client relationships, coping with difficult emotions or changes, creating role clarity, setting boundaries. I believe that what we pay attention to grows, that no one is alone and solutions can always be found. I have supervisor-coach qualification level 7 and career counselor qualification level 6.

Olen personalitöö valdkonnasl enam kui 20-aastase kogemusega, tegutsedes nii strateegilise partneri kui ka inimeste arengu toetajana rahvusvahelises ettevõtluskeskkonnas. Minu töö keskmes on olnud organisatsioonide ja inimeste potentsiaali avamine, juhtide toetamine ning jätkusuutliku töökultuuri kujundamine. Prior to joining Auroom Wellness, he worked as a project engineer at Thermory, where he gained valuable experience in product development.

Educational science studies at the University of Tartu gave me the recognition years ago that human development, its monitoring and support is a field that is close to my heart. Having previously worked as an HR manager and youth career information specialist and today at the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund as an employer consultant, supervisor and mentor, I consider my strength to be supporting people's career choices and growing into leaders/specialists in their field. I have completed the Fontes coaching mentorship program and hold an International European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) coach/mentor Practitioner certificate. I believe in lifelong learning and that all people have hidden potential that manifests itself under favorable conditions and provides an opportunity for a developmental leap or shows the direction for making new choices. I am grateful to my previous mentees who have also offered me self-analysis and learning opportunities, and I am happy if I can also support you in setting goals and on your development path.
