I am an educational leader, supervisor and team coach who helps you get your team working together in the best possible way. If your team is struggling with poor relationships, some new challenge or major changes, then I can help you and give your team additional strength. On one hand, I draw on my coaching and supervision skills, and on the other hand, my experience as a middle and senior manager. I gained my leadership experience at the French Institute in Tallinn and Riga and at the Tallinn Teachers' House, which I led for six years. Alongside my work as a supervisor and coach, I daily manage the academic department of Tallinn School of Economics and lead the development of learning-related processes. When working with your team, I use several powerful techniques that create clarity and help the team move forward as one. When roles are clear and everyone knows what is expected of them, relationships are also better. When I know what nut your team is currently trying to crack, I choose techniques that help overcome it. I am a quality level supervisor and coach, level 6, and I have an adult educator qualification, level 6 (Andras). I am a certified DiSC® model consultant and trainer (IPB Partners & Thomas International) and have obtained a master's degree in foreign language and culture teaching didactics (Jean Monnet University) & completed educational institution management training (University of Tartu).
