My passion and goal is to help people achieve their dreams and support their development. My journey includes various studies at universities and different courses, as a result of which I have become a much more conscious communicator and guide, and as a bonus, this has brought along a strong network of friendships and collaboration. Currently, I share my life with a very exciting employer LHV as a HR manager. I believe that my long-term management experience in both private and public sectors helps me be an equal partner in the mentoring process. My approach to people is based on trust, active listening, inspiring questions and answering questions when needed, creating a safe environment for growth and increasing self-awareness. The international European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Practitioner accreditation and ICF accredited PCC coach provide me with a "toolkit" that I can use to more confidently fulfill my goal of supporting people in their development.

My superpower is collaborative thinking in finding solutions. I am a career changer in my work life, having moved from data and numbers through studies to working with people. This work is my calling, which I love, for which I work myself, which inspires me. I built a strong foundation for working with people through studies at the Professional Psychology Private School and the International Supervision and Coaching Institute. In addition to long-term practical experience and training, my professional journey is supported by a master's degree in andragogy from Tallinn University and from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tartu. In counseling, I primarily use knowledge and skills from cognitive behavioral therapy, systemic and solution-focused approaches. I consider the most important things to be human wholeness, a trusting relationship and honest dialogue. From 2005–2021, I worked at the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund as a career counselor and head of the career center. This time gave me deep experience in supporting people in processes of change and decision-making. I help turn dreams into goals and goals into actions, increase awareness of one's assumptions, abilities and development areas, find the best opportunities for self-realization. I am useful when you need tailored solutions for yourself or your team in case of stressful work and client relationships, coping with difficult emotions or changes, creating role clarity, setting boundaries. I believe that what we pay attention to grows, that no one is alone and solutions can always be found. I have supervisor-coach qualification level 7 and career counselor qualification level 6.

Olen terapeut ja aitan inimestel vabaneda ärevushäirest. Minu juurde jõuavad inimesed, kelle ärevus on hakanud igapäevaelu segama – tekivad kehalised sümptomid ja hirmud, mis ei lase end hästi tunda. Olen ise seda kogenud ja tean, kui keeruline see seisund võib olla. I am educated as a psychologist/therapist and have been working as a school psychologist since 2008 (qualification level 8). I belong to the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association and the Estonian School Psychologists Association. I completed my studies at ISCI (International Supervision and Coaching Institute) in 2017. My supervisory abilities are to be fully present in client work and systemic knowledge at both individual and organizational levels. I have long-term work experience with groups and after completing ISCI, I have regularly worked as a supervisor. I consider my strength to be good knowledge of the education and social sectors. I consider myself a person with diverse interests, active and energetic, I like challenges and am therefore in constant development. My strengths are empathy, listening skills, precision, good organizational abilities, systematicity and willingness to act. For me it is important that the client feels safe in the counseling process, then new solutions and fresh ideas can emerge. I believe in the client's resources and strengths. My approach is versatile and I proceed from the client's needs. As a systemic therapist, I believe in a systemic view, which allows giving a broader framework to the client's question. The main keywords I highlight in my work are: self-reflection, seeing the bigger picture, self-care, self-management, reframing, helicopter view of the situation, creativity, mental health, solution-focus, resources, support, understanding. I have a master's degree in psychology from Academia Nord (merged with Tallinn University). I am a supervisor and coach, graduated from ISCI. I have completed systemic therapist and business and organizational systemic solutions specialist training at the Estonian Institute of Systemic Solutions and Consultation.

Besides my profession, I am also a husband, father of three, and grandfather of three children. The balance between my inner world and the external world is important to me, and I strive for a holistic life experience. Professionally, I combine my knowledge and experience from therapy, leadership, organisational behavior theories, theater, hiking in harsh conditions, and family life. I don't consider any of my abilities a superpower, but I can quickly connect with anyone. Clareen Klarika Kuuse is a yoga instructor, massage therapist, and holistic therapist in Tartu. Her work combines practices that support the body, mind, and breath – from yoga classes and relaxing massages to holistic counseling and personal development. Her spiritual journey began 15 years ago when she first attended a yoga class. This experience profoundly affected her and brought about changes in all areas of life – health, thinking, relationships, and worldview. She has studied Eastern massage techniques at Krautman Health Academy, advanced her training in OSHO active meditation guidance and TRE bodywork. She has furthered her education in tapping therapy (EFT), and her studies in Chinese medicine gave her a deeper understanding of the body's energetic functioning. Therapeutic essential oils play an important role in her work. She uses doTERRA oils in aromatherapy. She offers services at her studio in Tartu, at Mõisavärava 1, Raadi village.

Marten Merdikes serves as Factory Manager and CEO of Auroom Wellness in Tartu. Auroom is an Estonian company that manufactures and sells prefabricated saunas both domestically and internationally. I am a seasoned fixer of sales and fundraising. I have succeeded as an intrapreneur three times, successfully failed as a tech entrepreneur twice, and have been a midwife to hundreds of startups. At Superangel investment fund I was responsible for our growth program. My goal was to help startups learn fast and get to the next level within 12 months. For me, the next level was a breakthrough in a major market and raising the next round based on real results. 33 early-stage alumni of the program raised collectively over €42m. I speak science in different fields and have worked with AI/ML, robotics, dual-use, energy, biotech, sensors and B2B SaaS startups. I am passionate about passing on my knowledge and insights to B2B tech startups and tech-savvy enterprises.
