Clareen Klarika Kuuse is a yoga instructor, massage therapist, and holistic therapist in Tartu. I have been active in the field of adult training and counseling for 25 years. I got my first experience as a trainer 15 years ago, when I conducted team training together with my colleagues for a team with nearly 80 participants. The client considered it the best team training in history. My work experience includes: leading a team for 4.5 years; role of marketing manager for 6 years, consultant work (stress, self-management & health behavior) for 8 years; managing training and development projects for 25 years and managing a micro-enterprise for 2.5 years. As a trainer and advisor, one of my strengths is the ability to listen, understand and understand the challenges facing an organization, team or person and to put together a unique cooperation plan or training program based on them.
