I am educated as a psychologist/therapist and have been working as a school psychologist since 2008 (qualification level 8). I belong to the Estonian Supervision and Coaching Association and the Estonian School Psychologists Association. I completed my studies at ISCI (International Supervision and Coaching Institute) in 2017. My supervisory abilities are to be fully present in client work and systemic knowledge at both individual and organizational levels. I have long-term work experience with groups and after completing ISCI, I have regularly worked as a supervisor. I consider my strength to be good knowledge of the education and social sectors. My approach is versatile and I proceed from the client's needs. As a systemic therapist, I believe in a systemic view, which allows giving a broader framework to the client's question.
