EestiI have extensive management experience as both middle and senior executive in IT, telecommunications and financial sectors. Among other things, I have had the opportunity to grow a company's size several times over and revenue by tens of times as a senior executive. I gained my mentoring experience through comprehensive training in the Fontes Mentors Programme and later as an active member of the Mentors' Chamber. This has developed my ability to listen and understand people in order to support them in solving their challenges. I find joy in being able to help someone on their development path. I believe that people want to develop and I support them in finding their way towards a balanced and happy life.
