My over 25 years of work experience includes both private and public sectors, working in organizations of different sizes and in various roles and positions. The common denominator of these experiences is people. Without people, no organization implements changes, achieves goals, or leads innovation. There is tremendous potential hidden in people. How to unlock this as a leader while growing yourself? I am convinced that each of us has the mastery to very successfully deal with our own dilemmas and problems and make developmental leaps. Sometimes this requires help from either a coach or mentor who would listen and help us move forward with supportive questions. I have learned and use both methods in daily work with people. I know that sometimes it's difficult alone, and therefore I want to help other leaders who are looking for solutions in self-development, teamwork, their career, motivation and elsewhere. I always learn in this process myself. I have completed the AoEC Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching program at Estonian Business School and obtained the diploma. I am a member of both the ICF (International Coaching Federation) international organization and the Estonian branch. I am a certified Executive Coach. On the journey of becoming a mentor, I have completed the Fontes mentor program and in my current organization, I am the leader in creating a management culture based on mentoring. Additionally, I keep myself updated with what's happening in the management field by being a member of the Estonian Chamber of Mentors and the Estonian Career Counseling Association. I work as an executive coach and mentor both within my organization and outside it.
