I believe that true wisdom is hidden within all of us, sometimes we just need good questions and curiosity to bring it to light. I have worked as a coach, mentor and supervisor for people in education, medicine, finance and telecommunications sectors, and have also been a mentor for various organizations within different programs (e.g. School Supporting Beginning Teachers). My superpower is helping to create clarity – in systems, roles and within oneself. My work as a supervisor and coach is supported by long-term experience as an HR director, executive team member and leadership advisor, and I have been able to share my experience on the PARE board. For quite a few years I have worked as a trainer, recruiter, conducted and moderated workshops. Having hiking guide training, I have taken my clients into nature.
