I am fascinated by people, their stories, and the reasons and backgrounds behind their decisions and actions. As a leader, mentor, supervisor, and trainer accompanying many people on their personal development journey, I am also learning myself. It is precisely because of this mutual learning and benefit that I love these supportive and guiding roles in my professional life. My journey to becoming a mentor began long ago. Long before I understood what mentoring actually is. Today I work at the Estonian Unemployment Insurance Fund as a leader of leaders and support both unemployment fund and other organizations' leaders as a mentor. As a Tartu Ülikool alumna, I have also been ready to offer mentoring support to students, primarily in two areas: leadership and social work. I have studied social work and rehabilitation coordination at Tartu Ülikool and social work at Tallinna ülikool. I have completed the Fontes coaching mentorship program and hold an EIA Practitioner certificate (EMCC Global).
