I enjoy both people and numbers. As a mentor, I believe that there is more hidden inside every person than they can imagine. I have experienced this repeatedly both in myself and in other people. I think the mentor's role is to be a creator of clarity and an inspirer, because progress starts with the first step and usually happens outside the familiar comfort zone. I have gained diverse professional experience as a project manager at Hollywood club, product manager at wholesale company Tridens, financial analyst at pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline Estonia, finance manager at pharmaceutical company AstraZeneca for Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan and Belarus markets, and finance director at Circle K (former Statoil) Estonia business unit. To give back to society, I have been teaching financial statement analysis at TTÜ School of Economics for over ten years and conduct financial training in Estonian and English. In recent years, in addition to Fontes mentoring and career coaching courses, I have participated in various personal development trainings in London, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and the USA. I believe that emotions are more important than things, and this has led me to visit more than 50 countries around the world. My highest achievement so far is conquering the nearly six-kilometer peak of Kilimanjaro. In addition to the Estonian Chamber of Mentors, I am an honorary member of the Investment Club and the Estonian Junior Chamber.
