I help create collaborative cultures where people and results shine! I am a coach for leaders and teams (PCC, ICF), certified Gallup strengths coach, and co-author of the coaching leadership handbook "How to Be the Leader Your People Actually Need?" My work combines 20+ years of leadership experience, 8+ years as a coach and trainer, and a master's degree in organizational behavior. I have founded five companies, successfully selling one of them. My approach: I believe that great results are born where there are great relationships. Why do I do this? I have personally experienced how much changes when you let go of focusing on what doesn't work and turn your attention to strengths. A strengths-based and systemic approach has made me more confident, reduced overthinking, and helped me realize my potential.
