My passion and goal is to help people achieve their dreams and support their development. My journey includes various studies at universities and different courses, as a result of which I have become a much more conscious communicator and guide, and as a bonus, this has brought along a strong network of friendships and collaboration. Currently, I share my life with a very exciting employer LHV as a HR manager. I believe that my long-term management experience in both private and public sectors helps me be an equal partner in the mentoring process. My approach to people is based on trust, active listening, inspiring questions and answering questions when needed, creating a safe environment for growth and increasing self-awareness. The international European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) Practitioner accreditation and ICF accredited PCC coach provide me with a "toolkit" that I can use to more confidently fulfill my goal of supporting people in their development.
