Throughout my professional career, I have worked mainly in international companies, leading people and related processes. My most recent valuable experience comes from the luxury hospitality business, as HR Director at Swissotel Tallinn (part of AccorHotels hotel chain). My previous experience is from the FMCG sector (Fast-moving consumer goods), where I have worked both as HR Director and Quality Manager. I have been HR Director of Fazer Estonia and Fazer Baltics, HR Director of Fazer Amica Baltics and Russia. I was a member of Fazer Baltics management team. I received my education from Tallinn University of Technology, with a diploma stating economist-engineer. I obtained my master's degree from Uppsala University of Agricultural Sciences. Additionally, I have attended numerous continuing education courses both in Estonia and abroad. I have been involved in mentoring for the past 3 years. I was one of the founders of the gastronomy competition Hõbelusikas/Silverspoon and led the competition for 7 years. In my free time, I love traveling, the sea and sailing. Winters have not passed without skiing in the mountains.
