My twenty years of experience as an education leader has given me an important insight - a person's life is a whole both at work and outside the work environment, so they need only one face, their authentic self, to be dedicated to work, productive and feel satisfied. Today's educational environment is becoming increasingly demanding and it's easy to become distanced from one's values, boundaries, needs, goals, and other personal life roles, which can lead to mental exhaustion and burnout. I help you (teacher/academic leader/education leader) achieve personally important goals, find confidence and well-being, and the best solutions to the greatest challenges so that you can be in harmony with yourself in your work role. I am your thinking partner because I have understanding, experience and knowledge. Over the past thirty years, I have created visions and brought them to life, founded and led kindergartens, developed early childhood education quality in Estonia, founded the Estonian Private Kindergartens Association, participated in legislation, studied educational innovation and school management, and coaching at an international college. As a partner of the University of Tartu, I support beginning teachers in a support program aimed at smoother integration into school life. I am an education coach and I TRULY HAVE TIME AND DESIRE TO BE THERE FOR YOU! Coaching creates an opportunity for you to be yourself, feel competent and be the glue of an active school community. In trustful cooperation with education professionals across Estonia, we have found solutions for dealing with mental fatigue and changes. We have created balance in life, found effective ways to deal with difficult students and parents, worked on developing more diverse learning methods and found opportunities to implement ideas and engage colleagues, discovered visions, found motivation, confidence and faith in ourselves, and created greater clarity and self-awareness.
