EestiI have been working in the education sector since 1992, having moved through various positions with different levels of responsibility. As a result, I have a good baggage of experience from grassroots level to top management. Having become a leader at a very young age, I could not have imagined that I would only become a real leader now. Finding solutions comes before any desire to find someone to blame. The education sector seems unchanging over time.
