EestiI have studied both physics and business management, but built my career over 25 years primarily in telecommunications and IT, from which I smoothly transitioned to contributing to the educational landscape. Together with other colleagues, I helped establish St. John's School, where I teach physics daily and build and lead the gymnasium section. At the same time, I have supported and initiated several Estonian educational technology (EdTech) companies, in which I remain actively involved to this day. I believe that people should be given the right mental tools and tasks to develop their potential to the maximum. I am patient and notice the best in people. I understand that as a mentor, I can only guide and provide puzzle pieces, but each person must put them together themselves.
