EestiI am a person with some leadership experience and a strong sense of mission. I care about people's (including my own) reasons for doing things, and when it is within my power, I want to support them in reaching their goals. I do not consider goals that are destructive by nature to be right, and I always try to find and show others the constructive impact of different activities, where someone's victory does not mean others' loss, but rather offers an opportunity for many to win. As a mentor, I have met many extremely interesting people over the years and I am convinced that our meetings have made both me and my mentees better people. Therefore, I am confident that through mentoring relationships one can experience mutually enriching encounters, and hopefully I can offer these to many more people.
