I have worked for over 20 years in the private sector as an HR leader, executive supporter, and manager. My professional journey has spanned leadership, management, HR, and talent management. I have also conducted trainings, workshops, and taught at schools. In recent years, I have found great joy in working with amazing people who have benefited from coaching and mentoring, moving toward their dreams within a framework of supportive, energizing collaboration. I have always strived to support people in pursuing their calling and dreams. Coaching is an ideal way to support people through asking questions, challenging the status quo, providing reflection, sharing exercises and tools, and creating accountability. Mentoring is effective in situations where my expertise and experience allow me to contribute to clients' personal and professional development. Currently, I lead and run SA Targa Tuleviku Fond (Smart Future Foundation), developing future-oriented projects and innovation. I am a passionate coach, mentor, and trainer. I believe that any meaningful cooperation is built on a purposeful and supportive relationship. Clients and partners describe me as honest and open, demanding yet empathetic, experienced and innovative, a dreamer who is also a goal-oriented practitioner.
