I have been working in the field of education for nearly 40 years and have held the position of school principal for more than half of that time. More accurately, I have done the work with pleasure rather than being forced to do it. I value my work and my team. I appreciate honest criticism, as constant complaining is not a progressive path that offers solutions. Pure foolishness is contraindicated for me. But good humor is always in its place and welcome. I follow the words of my former first mentor, an old school principal, to a young school principal: "God gave the position, perhaps He will give wisdom too!" So far I have managed in my position by learning from others and analyzing my actions. I have also learned to value time and weigh decision-making. The wise do not rush! Quickly made emotional decisions are not always good and can bring unpleasantness. Every decision has its time, especially making legal decisions.
