Interim Manager, Coach & Mentor
EestiInterim manager, coach and mentor 30 years of working as a teacher, school leader, advisor and trainer, as well as participation in various development projects, has brought me together with many interesting people, allowed me to learn from their knowledge and experiences, gain inspiration from inspiring collaboration, and grow as both a person and leader. During these years, I have repeatedly had to seek solutions to various complex situations, make difficult choices, and find answers to questions that initially seemed unanswerable. In making the right decisions, I have often been helped by discussions with trustworthy colleagues who, as outside observers, have been able to objectively reflect the impact of different decisions and helped me find the right choices from within myself. As a mentor, I want to be primarily an inspiring thought partner and companion who supports the mentee in planning changes and finding "their own path," and encourages them to test their ideas, take risks, and move forward purposefully on their chosen path. The greatest value of this collaboration is sharing knowledge and experiences, learning and growing together, and shared joy in development and achievements.
