As a result, I have a good baggage of experience from grassroots level to top management. Having become a leader at a very young age, I could not have imagined that I would only become a real leader now. For me, people have always been important - the fact that they have the desire to develop themselves and inspire others with it. This can only be done in a team. Finding solutions comes before any desire to find someone to blame. The education sector seems unchanging over time. In reality, today's educational landscape needs major changes, particularly in people's mindsets. We all want the best and I am ready to experiment.
