EestiI am grateful for the journey of work experiences I have been able to go through so far. I have not traveled this path alone. Always together with people. I have had the opportunity to work for over twenty years in a shipping company both at sea and on land, both at home and abroad. Together we have overcome diverse work-related challenges, where together with my people we have been able to overcome many mountains and wiped tears of joy together. Humor and laughter have always helped even in more difficult situations. In recent years I have been working in the public sector, currently in the social field. Leading people and people-related processes have consistently been my main work activities. I completed my educational path at EBS (entrepreneurship and business management) and master's studies at Tallinn University of Technology, Ragnar Nurkse School of Innovation and Governance (public sector management and innovation), obtaining a master's degree in social sciences. Additionally, I have enhanced myself by completing the EBS Coaching Skills Certificate program, Care methodology practitioner and many other exciting trainings. Mentoring has interested me throughout my professional career. I enjoy moments where a person finds solutions or new opportunities with the help of correctly asked questions. My recent favorite book is "Ichigo ichie" (authors Héctor García and Francesc Miralles) – Every moment is unique, don't delay happiness. The best time of your life is the present moment.
