Natalia Kond is a certified life coach and full member of ESCÜ (Estonian Coaching and Supervision Association) with ESCÜ quality level certification. She specializes in life coaching, personal development, goal setting, and behavioral change, providing services in Estonian.

I have studied both physics and business management, but built my career over 25 years primarily in telecommunications and IT, from which I smoothly transitioned to contributing to the educational landscape. Together with other colleagues, I helped establish St. John's School, where I teach physics daily and build and lead the gymnasium section. At the same time, I have supported and initiated several Estonian educational technology (EdTech) companies, in which I remain actively involved to this day. I believe that people should be given the right mental tools and tasks to develop their potential to the maximum. I am patient and notice the best in people. I understand that as a mentor, I can only guide and provide puzzle pieces, but each person must put them together themselves.

Interim manager, coach and mentor 30 years of working as a teacher, school leader, advisor and trainer, as well as participation in various development projects, has brought me together with many interesting people, allowed me to learn from their knowledge and experiences, gain inspiration from inspiring collaboration, and grow as both a person and leader. During these years, I have repeatedly had to seek solutions to various complex situations, make difficult choices, and find answers to questions that initially seemed unanswerable. In making the right decisions, I have often been helped by discussions with trustworthy colleagues who, as outside observers, have been able to objectively reflect the impact of different decisions and helped me find the right choices from within myself. As a mentor, I want to be primarily an inspiring thought partner and companion who supports the mentee in planning changes and finding "their own path," and encourages them to test their ideas, take risks, and move forward purposefully on their chosen path. The greatest value of this collaboration is sharing knowledge and experiences, learning and growing together, and shared joy in development and achievements.
Priit Kuuskme on Eesti Mentorite Koja mentor, kes toetab ettevõtjaid ja juhte nende professionaalsel arenguteel. Ta jagab oma kogemusi ja teadmisi, aidates menteedel saavutada oma eesmärke.

I am a 48-year-old senior executive with extensive international management experience. In addition to the challenges in my daily work, I seek opportunities to help other leaders who are looking for solutions in teamwork, their careers, motivation and beyond. Since mentoring has been of interest to me for a long time, I dare say that I always learn a lot from it myself. What's important here is the mental energy and presence that must be invested. Through mentoring practice, which I use constantly at work and also in collaboration with the Fontes team, I have learned that when discussing and weighing questions together with a mentor, perspective broadens, opportunities for development emerge, and awareness of one's abilities and desires increases.

My journey and growth from construction engineer to head of a design company has lasted over 10 years and has been like a ride on a roller coaster. It has been a great and exciting adventure. Many challenges have been overcome, which provide a strong and versatile baggage of experience. At the same time, there are still many curves, descents and ascents to be discovered, so the journey continues. You can read more about me here.

My mission is to turn "maybe" into a confident "yes" in your business ideas. In my toolkit, I have experience as both an ICF coach and EAS business consultant, as well as Swedbank experience, a sharp eye for details, and a passion for finding hidden opportunities in every challenge. From my experiences, I have learned that the key to success lies in the ability to see the big picture through small details. If you're looking for someone who helps you find and utilize your unique resources, I'm exactly who you need. Forget complicated theories – my approach is straightforward, flexible, and tailored specifically to your needs.

In addition to my economist and master's degrees in administrative management from TTÜ, I have completed numerous management training programs at the British-cultured service company Tallinna Vesi and the Austrian-cultured industrial company Estonian Cell. This has provided valuable experience in management environments with different ownership structures, as well as knowledge from companies with very different client profiles. In my role as a board member, I have been involved in top management on a daily basis for over 10 years, which was preceded by step-by-step development into a larger unit manager over the previous ten years. In my role as coach and mentor, I consider it essential to recognize and articulate the miracle that emerges in cooperation with the conversation partner, identify the real problem, and find a suitable solution for each unique situation that the partner wants, can, and knows how to implement. In management, there is no one standard hat that would fit everyone in all situations.

I have been working in the education sector since 1992, having moved through various positions with different levels of responsibility. As a result, I have a good baggage of experience from grassroots level to top management. Having become a leader at a very young age, I could not have imagined that I would only become a real leader now. For me, people have always been important - the fact that they have the desire to develop themselves and inspire others with it. This can only be done in a team. Finding solutions comes before any desire to find someone to blame. The education sector seems unchanging over time. In reality, today's educational landscape needs major changes, particularly in people's mindsets. We all want the best and I am ready to experiment.

Juhtimispõhimõtete osas kirjutan kahe käega alla Simon Sineki tsitaadile "Let us all be the leaders we wish we had".

I have studied marketing and international business, not management or organizational behavior. I became a leader by leading - meaning I developed and grew through practical experience. And my marketing background provides a solid foundation for this experience – I know where money comes from and what clients are willing to pay for. I have been able to work in various organizations (Eesti Ühispank/SEB, Tallinna Sadam, Eesti Post, Riigi Kinnisvara, Kitman Thulema), in different positions and also as an entrepreneur, dealing with topics that greatly interest me – strategy, service/product/process development, quality and results management. Today I focus on strategic workplace planning and help create work environments that support achieving results. Regarding management principles, I wholeheartedly endorse Simon Sinek's quote "Let us all be the leaders we wish we had".

I am a coach who believes that within every person lies much more potential than they often acknowledge to themselves. Coaching is for me an open and supportive space where a person can truly meet themselves. It's not someone else's recipe for your life, but a journey where we discover together your own answers and strengths. People come to me when they want to find more clarity, balance and confidence. This may be related to seeking harmony between work and life, developing leadership skills and self-confidence, preparing for important decisions or changes, or making sense of complex situations. I am a coach who listens deeply and asks questions that open new perspectives. I support finding creativity and clarity while keeping focus on your values and inner strength. I believe that a leader who knows themselves creates clarity and inspiration for others as well. I am inspired by the moment when I see recognition and new clarity in a client's eyes – that inner light that begins to shine from within and carries them forward. This change often doesn't affect just one person, but creates a positive impact on everyone they encounter on their path.

I have been working in the field of education for nearly 40 years and have held the position of school principal for more than half of that time. More accurately, I have done the work with pleasure rather than being forced to do it. I value my work and my team. I appreciate honest criticism, as constant complaining is not a progressive path that offers solutions. Pure foolishness is contraindicated for me. But good humor is always in its place and welcome. I follow the words of my former first mentor, an old school principal, to a young school principal: "God gave the position, perhaps He will give wisdom too!" So far I have managed in my position by learning from others and analyzing my actions. I have also learned to value time and weigh decision-making. The wise do not rush! Quickly made emotional decisions are not always good and can bring unpleasantness. Every decision has its time, especially making legal decisions.

Besides my profession, I am also a husband, father of three, and grandfather of two children. The balance between my inner world and the external world is important to me, and I strive for a holistic life experience. Professionally, I combine my knowledge and experience from therapy, leadership, theater, hiking in harsh conditions, and family life. I don't consider any of my abilities a superpower, but I can quickly connect with anyone. I have completed gestalt therapy training (GIS International, Denmark) and coaching training at Academy of Executive Coaching (UK).

I have been hosting shows for a quarter of a century. A show is like a person - you need a plan. If there's no plan, nothing happens. If there is a plan, then others want to hear about it. This same wisdom, born from show hosting experience, can be used in every area of life that involves people.
