Great that you're reading! 9 years ago I became a coach. During the training process, I discovered that I'm very interested in how our BRAIN guides us in complex situations. Since that moment, I've been trying to study stress and tension management and communication more "brain-consciously". Moreover, the coaching process is built very "brain-consciously". That's why it works. I can be your partner through coaching, team coaching and leadership training. In all these activities, I rely on the neurobiology of learning and development. Some facts about me: ● I have worked as a top executive at Hansapank, Drama Theatre and was present at the birth of Arvo Pärt Centre as its first director – in total I have 15 years of management experience. ● I am a certified communication trainer (Gordon Training Int) and have brought Gordon communication training methods to Estonia. ● I have worked for 19 years as a trainer and 9 years as an executive coach based on neuroleadership principles. ● As a trainer, my favorite topics are difficult conversations, starting from development discussions and feedback to change management and leadership development programs. ● I have been writing a blog for 7 years now.
