I have worked for over 20 years in the private sector as an HR leader, executive supporter, and manager. My professional journey has spanned leadership, management, HR, and talent management. I have also conducted trainings, workshops, and taught at schools. In recent years, I have found great joy in working with amazing people who have benefited from coaching and mentoring, moving toward their dreams within a framework of supportive, energizing collaboration. Mentoring is effective in situations where my expertise and experience allow me to contribute to clients' personal and professional development. Currently, I lead and run SA Targa Tuleviku Fond (Smart Future Foundation), developing future-oriented projects and innovation. I am a passionate coach, mentor, and trainer. I believe that any meaningful cooperation is built on a purposeful and supportive relationship.
