I have been practicing as a supervisor and coach since spring 2020. I hold a Master's degree in Law (University of Tartu, 2009). I have previously been an entrepreneur and worked in both private and public sectors. In the private sector, my areas have been marketing, customer service, HR and training. In the public sector, I have done legal work in legislation and supervision. I have chosen the path of supervisor and coach because I admire the potential hidden in people. I want to offer the opportunity to live and work meaningfully, become aware of one's strengths, set goals and find ways to reach them. Topics where I can be useful to you and your organization: • supporting personal development and individual performance; • improving leadership quality; • tensions and complexities related to leadership transitions; • unclear vision and/or goals; • difficult relationships in the team; • communication problems in the team; • changes in organizational structure; • etc. My work is influenced by a systemic approach. I consider conversation most important – listening and asking questions. I am also characterized by the use of visual and experiential techniques. I like to use creative tools that help the client see beyond habitual thought patterns. I use metaphor cards, drawing, body awareness-based methods, systemic constellation, visualization. My strengths are deep respect for each client, quick thinking, playfulness, positive worldview, inspiring attitude.
