Having worked in the largest fashion company in the Baltics for over 20 years in various positions, from Retail and Marketing Director to Branding and Retail Concept Development Director, helping Baltika Group grow from a manufacturer to an international fashion company, I can generally say that working with creative teams, leading them and realizing projects according to objectives is my experience as a long-term executive level manager. My focus has been on creating brands and customer experiences, developing environments and implementing concepts. WHY. I've always put a customer-centric approach at the heart of everything I do - that people have inspiring, enjoyable experiences; that the needs and expectations of the target audience are met above all else when providing and developing the service/product; and that people feel the true essence of the brand and the value of sustainability in the environment created.
