Way of Working (WoW) – Work Style Partner As a WoW supervisor, coach and trainer, I am a partner to organizations, teams, leaders and specialists from various fields in understanding their own and surrounding work style, unlocking potential, solving work-related situations, developing cooperation and effectiveness, promoting and maintaining mental health and work-life quality. As a supervisor and coach, I conduct individual and team meetings to improve work quality. I support various companies in team building and employee assessment, and job seekers in finding work close to their heart and potential. As a certified DiSC trainer, I support leaders and teams in increasing mutual understanding and developing cooperation. I am supported in my activities by previous long-term experience as a leader and employee developer, and I have been a partner in recruiting and professional assessment of leaders and specialists in various fields. I am also supported by acquired knowledge from TTÜ personnel management master's and TÜ business management studies and management coaching and workplace mental health research activities. I value lifelong learning, appreciate continuous development of awareness and enjoy growing in cooperation with my clients from both public and private sector organizations.
