I am a psychology-educated Gestalt psychotherapist and Gestalt supervisor. MSc in Psychology from Tallinn University, a Gestalt therapist diploma from the Gestalt Institute of Scandinavia, and Gestalt supervisor training in Italy (Istituto di Gestalt HCC Italy). Before my therapy practice I worked for years in human resources and as a psychologist.
I believe there is some explanation for everything, and a way out of everything. Self-development often begins at the point of the greatest confusion – I can be alongside you and help you find your path. Gestalt therapy fits when you are ready to take responsibility for your life and look for solutions that begin with your own change.
Gestalt psychotherapy is a talk therapy centred on contact between people and on what is happening here and now. I use exercises, journeys, experiments and drawing when they matter for the process. The approach is holistic – I look at more than only the described problem. I work with adults individually and in groups, in Estonian and English.
