Inga Läänemets brings a rare combination of real-world executive experience and certified coaching expertise to her practice. Having built and led businesses since 1993 across healthcare, social care, and beauty services, she understands the pressures, decisions, and transitions that leaders face at the highest levels. Her coaching is grounded not in theory alone, but in lived entrepreneurial reality spanning over three decades. Her academic foundation includes studies in medicine and psychology, complemented by formal coaching qualifications from EBS Executive Education — one of Estonia's most respected business schools. She holds both a Coaching Skills Certificate and a Practitioner Diploma of Executive Coaching, and has been a coachee herself since 2013, giving her a uniquely empathetic perspective on the coaching relationship. Inga specialises in executive and management coaching for mid-level and senior leaders, particularly within healthcare, social welfare, and beauty industry organisations. Her core focus areas include leadership decision-making, career transitions (including navigating the leap from the top into the unknown and back), goal-setting, and entrepreneurship development for both emerging and seasoned business owners. Based in Tallinn and working with both individuals and organisations, Inga is especially well-suited for leaders who need a coach who has genuinely walked the path — from employee to entrepreneur, from the peak to uncertainty, and back to clarity.

Om

Achieving goals with the support of a coach is encouraging and empowering! I am a management coach with a long-standing international entrepreneurial background. I started my career after studies as an employee, then from 1993 moved into entrepreneurship, both as an owner and top executive. Mentors and later coaches helped me grow on the career ladder and make good management decisions. I have studied medicine and psychology, and after leaving top management, I studied coaching to understand and create clarity on how to dive from the top into the unknown, how to set new directions with goals in life, how to rise back to the top from the unknown? Through all these experiences and knowledge, I support both individuals and companies on their coaching journey, both young beginners and already experienced entrepreneurs. My previous business activities as an entrepreneur have been closely related to healthcare, social care and beauty services, and education and charity landscapes are not foreign either. I have focused as a management coach specifically on middle and top management in these fields! I acquired my coaching skills at EBS Executive Education, through Coaching Skills Certificate and Practitioner Diploma of Executive Coaching courses, and have been a coachee since 2013. Executive Coach,
