Over more than 20 years of practice, I have assisted both individual clients and various organizations, supporting them on their path of necessary changes. My clients include individuals, families and couples, leaders and teams. I work with individual clients, business enterprises, healthcare and educational institutions, various non-profit organizations, and local government organizations. Your goals and needs determine how we work and in which role I am most effective at the moment. I am a psychologist, supervisor, coach, therapist, teacher, team developer, organizational consultant, conflict resolver and mentor. My educational journey began in 1995 at the Pushkin State University of St. Petersburg in psychology, which I completed in 2000. From 2006-2011, I continued my studies in the master's program at the Process Work Institute in Portland (USA) in process-oriented psychotherapy, conflict resolution and change management. I have completed 2.5 years of coach and supervisor training. I am a licensed trainer of the GRUNDKRAFT/Leaders Empowered, Teachers Empowered program and a Diamond Power Index®, Power Intelligence® certified coach, author of the book "The Alchemy of Relationships" (Eesti Ajalehed, 2010). I am an author and board member of Äripäev knowledge base, coach and supervisor at the International Supervision and Coaching Institute, board member of IAPOP, IPA faculty member in Process Work training programs in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan. In my work, I focus on development, change, learning and self-discovery at the individual, group and organizational levels. I want to create an environment that promotes discovery, self-awareness, acceptance and cooperation. I believe that for change we need purpose and crisis, but it is possible to get through crisis through understanding, growth and love.
