My superpower is good energy and love for life and people. I am a teacher, trainer, supervisor, coach and mentor. I am also a continuous learner and integrator of new knowledge into my work and activities. I am driven by benevolent curiosity about myself, others and the world in general. It is important to me that people find those thoughts and activities in life that truly matter to them, so they can realize themselves in the best way possible, so they can be satisfied and happy. I believe that every person has the right questions and answers within them, as well as the resources to make conscious choices on their life path. My mission is to create mental wellbeing in the (education) system. Since I have worked in education for a long time, this field is very close to my heart, while I am also open to other systems to support development and balance there. My motto is: By listening to your heart's voice, you will find what makes your soul sing. I highly value development, creativity, diversity, understanding and truly listening. I am a career-changing teacher who moved from the private sector to the educational landscape. I love my work with young people because learning and development are mutual. My passion topic is classroom management and the different levels of this profession. Gradually, the roles of trainer and educational mentor were added to the teacher role. The desire to understand myself better and the need to contribute more to others' development led me to study at ISCI, the Estonian Psychodrama Institute and the NLP Institute, and the roles of supervisor and coach crept into my heart, and the knowledge gained from psychodrama and NLP and their application made my soul sing. When we meet, I create a safe environment where it is possible to honestly look inside yourself, observe your thoughts, feel your body, consider different choices, find resources, so that your heart's voice can be heard and your soul can sing. I have completed supervisor-coach training at ISCI (Estonian Supervision and Coaching Institute), psychodrama practitioner training at the Estonian Psychodrama Institute, and NLP practitioner training at the Estonian NLP Institute. I have a master teacher level 8 professional certificate and received the teacher of the year title in 2025.
