My superpower is creating order from chaos and something from nothing In my daily work life, I am a leader, which is why I am most fascinated by leadership and team-related questions. To empower leaders, I have introduced group coaching or co-vision in my organization and am also a group facilitator myself, experiencing daily the empowering impact of co-visions on leadership culture. I believe in leading by example and in the empowerment that a good leader can offer their team But like me, you also have your own story. I am a qualified Level 7 Supervisor-Coach (ESCÜ) and have completed 2.5 years of ANSE standard training at ISCI (International Supervision and Coaching Institute). Hybrid skills and experiences from diverse organizations, processes, team functioning both as a specialist and leader have made my toolkit colorful - my educational background is actually in business and financial management, daily work life in the IT and telecom sector, combined with supervisor-coach practice.
