My background is mainly around science and social mechanics. Namely I graduated Estonian Aviation Academy in the speciality of "Communication and navigation systems engineering". I also had an opportunity to study robotics and computer science under Tartu University, got some know-how in TalTech where the field of study was practical chemistry and biotechnology. On the social skills side, I am a co-founder of Ruutu10 impro theater and learned it in Chicago in the famous iO improv theater. I discovered how the exercises of acting on the spot and by really listening your partners on stage can make social magic - in the form of team work/communication and also with your audience. In several years I had developed a variety of helpful tools to expand and explore yourself in different social situations - whether you are one-on-one, before a crowd or in the mist of a team who is time constrained and anxious. Our trainings will give participants the opportunity to experience the basis of how to work with yourself to be a better person in whatever social situation. From the widespread belief that some people are simply born with better communication skills than others, we believe that good communication skills can be learned, trained and practiced.
