As a practicing leader, I highly value the coaching leadership style, which I have used as a leader of various sales and service teams. Coaching leadership style is an important step in developing an internal culture that supports customer experience, which creates or supports employee satisfaction. But not only that - it inspires employees to apply a similar communication style when interacting with clients, resulting in long-term and loyal relationships. As an andragogue, I believe that standalone training sessions are not enough. As a trainer of coaching mindset, I believe that the best coaching leadership or sales style can be acquired through personal experience in continuous collaboration with a coach. I am inspired to conduct coaching conversations by the sparkle in a person's eyes and the faith in their heart that emerges in these dialogues. This gives the impulse for change. As a curious scientific researcher, I have written several academic works that create an extensive foundation for any professional development opportunities. My 2011 research "The Impact of Management and Development Methods on Organizational Culture" opened the path to coaching for me. In 2015, I became an ICF certified coach. In 2016, an ICF certified team coach. This was followed by a master's degree in andragogy in 2021 - with research on the coach's own personal development. As someone who values continuous development, I learned therapeutic approaches that can be used in coaching when limiting beliefs come to block the path to success. I am Estonia's first Certified Therapeutic Coach (Clear Belief Institute, USA, ICF-recognized curriculum). My clients are mainly first-line and middle managers.
