I am a supervisor, coach and therapist with 20 years of experience. Additionally, since 2012 I have been a trainer of supervisors and coaches at ISCI (International Supervision and Coaching Institute). As a supervisor, I rely on humanistic and systemic approaches, combining experiential and solution-focused methods. This allows me to create a supervision experience that is tailored to each client's needs and beneficial. Education: PhD (EBS Management Science, 2023), MA (University of Tartu Special Education and Speech Therapy, 1990), CP (Swedish Moreno Institute, Psychotherapy, 2008), Supervisor-Coach (Tallinn University and Achim Fridsche, 2006). Currently studying Emotion-Image therapy (including trauma therapy). Work format: individual supervision and coaching, group supervision, network supervision, team coaching. Both face-to-face and online. Additionally, I offer live coaching. I have a practice in Tartu. Fields I work in: supervision of supervisors, coaches, psychologists and therapists; supervision and coaching of public sector leaders (both state and local government level); supervision of social work specialists (including child protection and child welfare, local government social workers, support specialists and support persons, victim support); supervision of law enforcement, education and healthcare specialists. I specialize in supervision of complex cases. The content of all our meetings remains confidential.
