Her background in youth training has kept her events highly engaging and entertraining. Adding a vast amount of research into neuroscience, psychology, and andragogy, she creates learning environments that truly foster growth and development both on an individual and a group level. At EnterTraining OÜ, roughly half of the events are delivered in English, including training for trainers, effective online presentations and engaging online training events. Tiina-Katrina has a Bachelor's degree in English and uses the language daily both personally and professionally.
