My journey as a coach began at Hansapank, where I started with development and career counseling for leaders and their successors. From this small spark grew a passion that led me to study the field more deeply. My first mentors were Fontes (career coaching and mentoring), NLP Institute (Master Practitioner of NLP), Academy of Leadership Coaching & NLP (NLP Coaching Skills for Leaders) and EBS (Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching). Today I am an accredited coach (Senior Practitioner) by the international coaching associations ICF and EMCC Global, and I also serve as a mentor for the Estonian Association for Personnel Management PARE. In my daily work, I serve as a leader in the public sector and also operate as a private entrepreneur. As a coach, I also draw on academic studies (personality psychology, organizational behavior, MA) and rich experience from both private and public sectors, mainly in talent management and leadership development. Every person is unique with their desires, strengths, and charming weaknesses, and often we are our own engine or brake for development. I believe that each of us benefits from a trustworthy partner who helps create clarity, reflect thoughts, and discover new perspectives. My mission as a coach is to be a good companion for you in creating clarity, finding inspiration, and applying your potential.
