My mission is to support people's professional and personal growth, helping them make conscious choices and shape a life that aligns with their values and goals and brings joy and satisfaction. Coaching and supervision clients appreciate that I create a caring and safe space where they can open up, discover new perspectives, explore situations with curiosity, and express themselves honestly. I help them find solutions to problems, learn from successes and failures, and take purposeful steps forward. When working with teams, participants have noted that my support has helped improve collaboration, learning, and co-creation. This is primarily due to highlighting individual and shared strengths and inner potential. My superpower is creating a space where a person can look within themselves with care and curiosity. My work is supported by 25 years of experience as a teacher and curriculum leader at the Estonian International School and as a trainer both in Estonia and internationally. I have studied and practiced Literacy Coaching, Cognitive Coaching, and Systemic Coaching. I believe that when you find clarity and meaning on your journey and use your potential, joy, well-being, effectiveness, and creativity grow, and people can positively influence both their own lives and the world around them. I have completed a 2.5-year international supervision and coaching training at the International Supervision and Coaching Institute (ISCI) based on ANSE/ESCÜ standards.
