Leadership, team and organizational development is a field that depends on a continuous flow of new ideas and developments. Meaningful encounters and empowering insights support people's and teams' readiness for growth. As a trainer, supervisor and coach, I invest in people so that both simple and complex questions, choices and dilemmas can move through co-creation toward new clarity and lightness. I believe that human and team wisdom is sufficient to make changes, but sometimes additional knowledge, courage, support and inspiration are needed so that a bold dream becomes a strong vision that creates a new tomorrow. I hold an MA degree in andragogy (2015) and supervisor, coach certification (2018) that meets ANSE (Association of National Organisations for Supervision in Europe) and NBE (Nordic Board of Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group psychotherapy) standards. I have adult trainer professional level 6 and supervisor and coach level 7. I am a mental health specialist at Meliva and a lecturer at Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences Mainor. The foundation of my collaborative encounters is systemicity and spontaneity, where I primarily draw from NLP and psychodrama principles and techniques. My experiences confirm that every individual or team encounter is unique. The result is hints, references, insights and answers that emerge and expand in that moment. The impact can be immediate, the duration of impact limitless.
