My name is Sille Ruus. I am convinced that our relationship with ourselves and with others define the quality of our life. Contentment begins with awareness of your inner world and conscious changes. I have been doing it myself for more than 15 years. Studied at different schools, read a bunch of books, updated myself at trainings, did therapies and went to therapy myself. I have been looking for answers to the questions how to live life, that you are really enjoying, what is good sex, how to be a better partner, friend and mother, to live a happier, more peaceful, healthier and more aware life. Today I look at myself holistically, because I am part of a system. To keep these systems in order, I eat healthily, take care of my spirit by developing it, doing mediation practices, I am physically active, stay away from pleasure substances, travel, etc. I am a travel companion for an 18-year-old girl, a waiter for a 4-year-old Shiba inu, a content creator and a blogger on the Armastusetee page. I have obtained a master's degree at the University of Tartu, I have completed the therapist studies as couple therapy, I have studied to be sexual therapist. I am currently studying family therapy and have expanded my knowledge more in couple therapy. Officially, I have been working as a therapist for 5 years now.
