I am an internationally experienced coach who believes that when a person has good and noble intentions along with a solid plan, they can accomplish great things in the world. My mission is to be a partner to individuals and teams who want to discover their inner potential, increase awareness, and turn their ideas into reality through purposeful and goal-oriented action plans. My journey into the world of coaching began in 2013 in Kanda, when I completed "The Art & Science of Coaching" training (ICF accredited, 128 hours) conducted by Erickson College International. In addition to basic coaching education, I have continuously developed myself in team coaching and completed several Enneagram coach certification trainings in the United States. My clients predominantly live and work outside Estonia, and a large portion of my coaching takes place in an online environment. In addition to individual and team coaching, I am the official representative of Erickson College International trainings in Estonia together with the Intelligentse Grupp team. I actively work as a mentor-coach and support coaches who want to obtain ICF credentials (ACC or PCC). I am a trustworthy and confidential coach who changes the world one conversation at a time.
