I have over 20 years of management experience in creating and leading teams of various sizes. I have been working as a coach and mentor for the past 10 years and have truly enjoyed it. My clients have been from both private and public sectors, and I also work as an internal coaching mentor within organizations. I have participated in the School Principal Practice Program of Tallinn Education Department and Heateo Education Foundation. I have shared my experience in creating internal coaching mentor programs with various organizations and helped them improve management culture in their companies. I work in an international organization where training people to become leaders has been important, continuous and systematic. I have had the privilege of immediately putting everything learned in theory into practice. My strengths are change management, engaging and inspiring people. I have been involved in creating and leading a learning-oriented organization. I see strong analytical sides in myself, I am good with processes and logical thinking. Results are important to me. At the same time, I am convinced that results are not brought by the leader but by the team. I have created motivated and successful teams. Change management is my daily activity. For me, supporting leaders in solving their practical questions, decisions and developments is extremely important. I like to help people create clarity within themselves and grow more confident.
