I'm an accredited coach with the highest internationally recognized team coaching qualification from the Global Team Coaching Institute. My experience leading diverse teams, both in Estonia and internationally, led me to realize nearly six years ago that I could create the most value as a coach. This realization led to the foundation of Realcoach. Over the past six years, I've had the privilege of coaching numerous top executives and teams of various sizes. This experience has provided me with a wealth of knowledge, which I now apply through specialized methods, tools, processes, training, and workshops, all of which are carefully tailored to the specific needs of the leaders or teams I coach. While every individual is unique, team dynamics and the challenges they face are often surprisingly similar. It's true that no two problems or solutions are identical, but with the right coaching, even the most complex team situations can be transformed—aligning clear roles, shared goals, supportive collaboration, and improved results.
