I believe that a person is their own most important tool. Our inner clarity, self-awareness and balance directly influence how we build relationships, make decisions and lead both ourselves and others. Therefore, I consider supervision a caring and conscious way to take care of our tool – ourselves. I am inspired by Laozi's thought: "Yesterday I was clever and tried to change the world, today I am wise and I change myself." I believe that true change begins from within. My work is carried by values that are important to me as a person: authenticity, honesty, living in the moment and looking inward. Natural presence, sincerity and attentiveness help create space where one can make sense of their experiences, notice patterns and find new possibilities. My superpower is seeing the big picture. I am a certified coach and supervisor, having completed a 2.5-year supervisor and coach training program in management at ISCI and hold a certificate that meets ANSE standards.
