I grew up in a home shaped by my parents´ alcoholism - a childhood where chaos often replaced comfort, and survival replaced safety. Those early years taught me to be alert, responsible, and quiet long before I understood what childhood was supposed to feel like. In adulthood, I realized how deeply those experiences affected me: my sense of identity, motherhood, and the way I allowed myself to be treated. Fear became my biggest companion. I was searching for a lifeline and discovered the Holistic Institute Estonia and began studying Holistic Regression Therapy in year 2012. What I found was more than a method - it was a turning point. Holistic Regression Therapy helped me to understand the roots of the pain and fear, break generational patterns, and reclaim myself. It didn´t just save my life. It saved my children´s lives. It gave us a new beginning. Through the years of study, self-work, and lived experiences, I have learned to transform my story into strength. My purpose is to motivate, support, and empower women who are facing domestic violence, childhood trauma, and family-related wounds. I believe healing is possible. And I believe every woman deserves to feel safe, seen, and to be Queen of her own life. I now have a small Lendle Teraapiakeskus where we can sit and talk.
