I am a supervisor and coach with 2.5 years of training from the International Supervisor and Coaching Institute (ISCI). I have extensive work experience with various target groups in the social sector, while also being an entrepreneur. I received my academic education at Tartu Ülikool in both bachelor's and master's programs in social work, while also studying psychology as a minor. In addition to the above, I have been a certified andragogue for more than 10 years. Working as an executive has been a good opportunity to learn organizational and team development. Therefore, as a supervisor and coach, I am inspired by working with teams and groups in addition to individual clients. My goal is to support clients in expressing their best potential and living according to their heart. I approach from a holistic worldview – a person is a whole. Due to the above, I advocate creating systematicity and clarity in addition to analytical reasoning through different senses and body awareness. In supervisions and coaching sessions, I am versatile, practicing with diverse methods, techniques and tools, using psychodrama, constellation work, motivational interviewing, solution-focused brief therapy, NLP, mindfulness, movement, visualization, drawing, etc.
