I am a supervisor, coach, trainer, and lecturer with international experience. I hold an MA in psychology and have completed additional training as a counselor and psychotherapist. I have a supervisor training diploma meeting ANSE standards (Institut der Rote Faden/Tallinna Ülikool) and an Erickson College International ACTP coaching program diploma. I have worked as a psychologist, trainer, manager, and lecturer in both public and private sectors. To date, I have worked with clients as a supervisor and coach for more than 3,500 hours, teach supervisors at ISCI, and am a Coaching Constellations partner and representative in the Baltic countries. My superpower is working with lightness and humor. As a supervisor, I serve as a thinking partner for clients, primarily using systemic and solution-focused approaches. I value dialogue and relationships between people and base my work on humanistic and systemic approaches. I work from a not-knowing position, am fascinated by people's stories, and enthusiastically support my clients' mental journeys toward a better life.
