My focus is particularly on first-line and middle managers, client experience creators, and people who face choices in their career path. But also those who want to build confidence, learn to make their voice heard, or have realized that they don't have to remain who their past has shaped them to be. I also conduct team coaching sessions and training on topics such as: - coaching leadership and mindset development - psychological safety and courage to express oneself - conscious communication (with clients, feedback and development conversations) and collaboration culture building - understanding and managing one's emotions, burnout prevention - impactful recruitment interviews I came to coaching from a desire to better understand people - myself and others. My personal development journey has taught me to manage my thoughts and emotions and build inner clarity and resilience. As a coach, I help people create clarity about their possibilities, strengths, needs, and values — so they can make conscious choices in work life, relationships, or career. I support recognizing new opportunities even when it has seemed that there is no choice. I believe that lasting changes begin from within. When a person is not an obstacle to themselves, everything is possible. Clients often say: "I wouldn't have reached this insight on my own."
